Email us at support@openmart.ng with your registered email and the subject “Delete My Account”. We will remove your data within 30 days.
I was scammed — what should I do? ▼
Email us immediately at support@openmart.ng with “[URGENT] Scam Report” in the subject. Include the seller’s profile link, a description of what happened, and any screenshots. We take fraud very seriously and will act quickly.
How do I report a fake or misleading listing? ▼
You can report any listing directly from the product page using the “Report” option, or send us the listing link via the contact form above with the topic set to “Report Listing.”
I forgot my password — how do I reset it? ▼
On the login page, click “Forgot Password” and follow the instructions. If you still can’t get in, contact us with your registered email address and we’ll assist you manually.
Does Openmart handle payments or disputes between buyers and sellers? ▼
No — Openmart is a classifieds platform. All payments and deals happen directly between buyers and sellers, typically in person. We strongly recommend meeting in a public place and inspecting items before paying. Openmart is not a party to any transaction.
